Crepe Batter


Ingredients

1 serving: I usually make 2 for whole family
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
  3. Pour a bit of batter onto the griddle and spread thin
  4. Cook until firm then flip and add toppings and fold

Filling ideas

  • Smoked salmon and cream cheese
  • Ham and cheese
  • Mushrooms pesto and mozzarella
  • Bananas and nutella or chocolate chips, marshmallows
  • Strawberries and nutella/chocolate
