Blondies


Ingredients
6 tbsp butter
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 ¾ cup (10 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chunks*

Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease square baking pan (8 or 9 inch).
In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chunks.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
Cool completely. Cut into bars.
