0.3 pounds mustard greens
0.3 pounds turnip greens
3 heads of broccoli crowns
15 ounces baby spinach
1 pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1.5 tsp salt 0.25 tsp coriander
Fill 8 quart pressure cooker until water makes top layer float
Cook in pressure cooker for 25 minutes on medium high and 5 minutes on low

Drain some water off reserve
Blend remaining greens in cooker
Mix 1.25 cups of basin with 2 cups of reserved liquid
Simmer on medium heat for 1-2 hours adding 1 tablespoon butter every 10-15 minutes, using a total of 2 sticks of butter
