Graham Cracker Crust


  • 1 ½ cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (Optional)

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl; mix until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an 8- or 9-inch pie plate

· For a baked crust: Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 7 minutes. Cool before filling.
· For a no-bake crust: Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before filling.
