Cheeseball


1 block softened cream cheese
1 8 oz bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (or 2) cloves of garlic smushed through a garlic press (to taste)
Large pinch of chopped fresh parsley (i only use fresh if I have it around but dried works fine)

Mix all of this with a hand mixer and  sprinkle/cover with paprika after you form the ball…or log…our whatever shape you want.  You really can’t go wrong with this.  Taste it along the way and adjust the garlic to how you like it.
