Velvet chicken for stir fry


Marinade

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Mix the marinade and add thinly sliced chicken. Mix to coat and let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes

Boil 4 inches of water, add the chicken to the boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Drain and chicken is ready to add to any stir fry.
