Hibachi chicken
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Mix together ingredients for hibachi chicken in a small bowl, then add chicken. Cook chicken with sauce in a large skillet over med-high heat for 10 minutes or so, stirring occasionally until fully cooked through.
Yum Yum Sauce
Yum Yum Sauce (4-6 servings)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce/ketchup
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon mirin (optional)
