Anika’s Energy Bites


Ingredients:

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/3 cup toasted coconut

1/2 cup hemp or flaxseed or combo of both

1/3 cup of honey

1/2 cup almond butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions: Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. If shaping into squares, put mixture in a brownie pan and pat down. Cover and refrigerate for an hour, then cut.

If shaping into balls, put the mixture in the fridge for an hour prior to rolling into balls.
