Instant Pot Crack Chicken
Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon cut up in small pieces
- 2 pounds of boneless chicken thighs
- Packet of ranch dressing seasoning
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken and cream cheese in the instant pot
- Sprinkle packet of ranch dressing mix on top
- Add ½ cup of water
- Place Instant Pot on manual high setting for 15 minutes
- Let pressure release naturally
- Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks
- Put the chicken back in
- Add the bacon and cheddar and stir
