Instant Pot Crack Chicken


Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon cut up in small pieces
  • 2 pounds of boneless chicken thighs
  • Packet of ranch dressing seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken and cream cheese in the instant pot
  2. Sprinkle packet of ranch dressing mix on top
  3. Add ½ cup of water
  4. Place Instant Pot on manual high setting for 15 minutes
  5. Let pressure release naturally
  6. Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks
  7. Put the chicken back in
  8. Add the bacon and cheddar and stir

Note this recipe can also be done in the slow cooker
