Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- 3-4 big cloves of garlic cut into slivers
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Warm olive oil in a large skillet over low heat
- There should be enough olive oil to coat the pan
- Add garlic and cook a few minutes until golden
- Turn up burner to medium high and add shrimp
- Cook until shrimp is pink
- Add salt, pepper, cumin and paprika and stir
Serve
- Can add kale
- Can serve with bread- best with a nice crusty bread to soak up the sauce
