Garlic Shrimp


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
  • ⅓ cup Olive oil
  • 3-4 big cloves of garlic cut into slivers
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over low heat
  2. There should be enough olive oil to coat the pan
  3. Add garlic and cook a few minutes until golden
  4. Turn up burner to medium high and add shrimp
  5. Cook until shrimp is pink
  6. Add salt, pepper, cumin and paprika and stir

Serve

  • Can add kale
  • Can serve with bread- best with a nice crusty bread to soak up the sauce
