Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup bread flour
- 3 eggs
- Olive oil if needed
Instructions
- Mix all purpose and bread flour in a large bowl
- Make a well in the middle, crack eggs in there
- Knead the dough well, it should be pretty dry. If it’s too dry put a little bit of olive oil in it.
- Mold it into a disc and wrap in plastic wrap. Let it rest for 30 minutes and then roll it out.
