Potatoes Au Gratin


Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 clove of minced garlic
1 1/2 cup of shredded gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon butter

Directions
Put minced garlic in heavy cream
In a baking dish place one layer of thinly sliced potatoes
Salt generously
Pour 1/2 cup of heavy cream
sprinkle 1/2 of shredded cheese on top
Add another layer of thinly sliced potatoes
Add the rest of the heavy cream
Add the remaining shredded cheese on top
Place small dots of butter on top

Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes
