Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts 1 1/2 cup buttermilk 3/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 cup butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1. Combine flour, slat, pepper. 2. Dip chicken into 1/2 cup buttermilk 3. Roll in flour, salt, and pepper. 4. Melt butter in baking pan, put chicken in pan. 5. Bake at 425 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes, turn and bake 15 more minutes, turn arain. 6. Combine 1 cup buttermilk and cream of mushroom soup and pour over chicken.
