Any sort of Asian Chicken and Vegetables


Chicken Marinade:

For each pound of chicken marinade pieces in 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce.

30 minutes prior to cooking mix with 1 tablespoon of corn starch

Sauce:

1/3 cup of chicken stock

2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce

2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine

1.5 tablespoons soy sauce

Mix together with 2 tsp of corn starch

Pan Fry chicken

Make the sauce

For green beans: Sautee 1 sliced onion, when soft add green beans and 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 3-5 minutes, when cooked add sauce until it thickens, then add the chicken.
