Ingredients
- 2-3 pound chuck roast
- 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix
- Au jus gravy mix
- Jarred pepperocini peppers
- ½ stick of butter
Instructions
- Place chuck roast on the bottom of the slow cooker
- Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes on top of the roast
- Add 5-6 pepperocini peppers and pour a little of the pepperocini pepper juice on top
- Add ½ stick of butter on top of the roast
- Cook on low heat for 8 hours
- Shred with two forks
To make sandwich
Cut out the top of French Bread, put mud roast in bread and cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted.
