Mississippi Mud Roast


Ingredients

  • 2-3 pound chuck roast
  • 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix
  • Au jus gravy mix
  • Jarred pepperocini peppers
  • ½ stick of butter

Instructions

  1. Place chuck roast on the bottom of the slow cooker
  2. Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes on top of the roast
  3. Add 5-6 pepperocini peppers and pour a little of the pepperocini pepper juice on top
  4. Add ½ stick of butter on top of the roast
  5. Cook on low heat for 8 hours
  6. Shred with two forks

To make sandwich

Cut out the top of French Bread, put mud roast in bread and cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted.
