Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 tsp 5 spice powder
- 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, Mirin, White Miso, Rice Vinegar, Chives, Garlic and 5 spice powder in a baking dish
- Coat all of the chicken with the marinade and keep in refrigerator for up to 24 hours
- Preheat grill and grill 4-5 minutes on each side
