Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- Sprinkle yeast over 1 ½ cups of warm water and let it sit for a few minutes
- In the bowl of a stand mixer combine flour and kosher salt
- With the dough hook on low speed, drizzle in olive oil and combine
- Next pour the yeast water mixture and continue to mix until combined into a ball
- Store in a covered bowl in the fridge for at least 24 hours
- To make the pizza crust, bake at 500 degrees for 7-10 minutes on parchment paper and then add toppings and bake for another 4-5 minutes
