Pizza Dough


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle yeast over 1 ½ cups of warm water and let it sit for a few minutes
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer combine flour and kosher salt
  3. With the dough hook on low speed, drizzle in olive oil and combine
  4. Next pour the yeast water mixture and continue to mix until combined into a ball
  5. Store in a covered bowl in the fridge for at least 24 hours
  6. To make the pizza crust, bake at 500 degrees for 7-10 minutes on parchment paper and then add toppings and bake for another 4-5 minutes
